Multimedia neon artist & creator of

“The Heart of Los Angeles - Light at The end of The Tunnel,” 3rd Street Tunnel DTLA

BIO

(b. Los Angeles, CA, lives and works in Venice, CA) is a self-taught artist who began working with her main medium, neon in 2017. Her work quickly gained traction and attention. While she has always worked creatively and with various mediums, neon - often presented on hand-crafted mounts made of what most would consider detritus and other inventive surfaces - is the multi-sensory conduit into dimensions where the past, present, and future exist together in a physical space. Her artwork bends the laws of physics. It allows others to understand their existence, reciprocate human relationships, and find peace in light.

She's been featured in solo and group exhibitions, film and video; she is also a recipient of support and sponsorship from large art organizations, including East Side Artist Initiative, La Plaza De Cultura y Artes, The City of Los Angeles, The County of Los Angeles, NOW art LA and more. She has created custom works for corporate campaigns, licensed her own art in world wide merchandise collaborations, created the new cultural landmark “Light at The End of The Tunnel - Heart of Los Angeles” & her original works can be found in private collections around the world.

Tunnel Vision

Heart of Los Angeles is an artist initiated public art installation inspired by the collective darkness we faced in the Covid Pandemic and the need for community healing. The work transforms the otherwise dark and bleak 3rd Street Tunnel in DTLA and has become a beloved cultural landmark serving as the heart of the city.

“neon is so much more than a medium, it’s composed of the same elements in the universe that create the northern lights, it brings the energy of the cosmos into our homes. it’s alchemy.”
